PAYMENT:
We accept all forms of payment: Check, Wire, PayPal, Credit Card, Cash. Just let us know what works best for you. Unfortunately we are not set up to process TERMS on PO. All items need to be paid for prior to shipping.
SHIPPING:
PARCEL: 90% of our shipments ship same day of order. Some items are more delicate and require special packing. For this reason, we usually allow 2 days on all orders handling time. But if you need it quick, just let us know.
We ship all parcel packages via all main carriers: USPS, FedEx and UPS. For international we us USPS or DHL.
We can ship on your account if you desire as well. Overnight, 2 day, ground, just let us know your needs and we will meet them.
FREIGHT: All freight will be banded to pallet, shrink wrapped and protected for transit. Photos will be taken prior to shipment and send to buyer. Upon receipt, please inspect for damage. Note all damage on BOL.
We can ship “Freight Collect” or on your account, you arrange. We will send you all weights and dims. Every situation is different, and these are not stead fast rules. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
INTERNATIONAL: If you are overseas, do not worry. We will ship anywhere in the world. Best to message us prior to order to inquire, or just select local pickup. We will package units, explore all available options and let you choose best way to proceed.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Absolutely. We do not want to make money on shipping, just reach out to us, let us know what items you need and we will run shipping quotes.
RETURNS:
Every items comes with unconditional 30 day free return. We try to make this as easy as possible. If you receive and item that is not to your liking, just email and let us know. Place unit back into box and return to us for full refund.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Occasionally items are damaged in shipping. We always over-pack to ensure items arrive in condition they shipped in, but occasionally damage happens. When item is received, check package for obvious signs of damage. Open and carefully inspect item. Do not throw away packing materials until you are satisfied unit it is good working order. If freight, write on BOL damage seen. If item has damage, please let us know via email or phone call ASAP.
